Sales Executive | Chelston Motorhomes

Employment Type: Full-Time (including weekends on a rota)

The Role

At Chelston Motorhomes, we don’t just sell vehicles — we help our customers start their next adventure. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the exciting journey of choosing their perfect motorhome.

Whether they are first-time buyers or experienced travellers, you will provide expert advice, outstanding customer service, and a smooth, professional buying experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their lifestyle and travel needs

• Developing in-depth knowledge of our range of new and used motorhomes

• Managing customer enquiries from online, phone, and showroom visits

• Guiding customers through the full sales process, including finance options and part-exchanges

• Maintaining a high standard of presentation across the showroom and display vehicles

About You

• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people

• Motivated by achieving targets while delivering excellent customer service

• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools

• Professional, organised, and enthusiastic about your work

• Holds a full UK driving licence

£17,500.00-£50,000.00 per year
