With over 50 years combined experience the Chelston sales team have the expertise to guide you to the right motorhome for your needs. We believe in a more informed, no-pressure approach to sales. Backed by an extensive stock of around 180 motorhomes we are nearly always able to provide our customers with exactly what they are looking for.
Because we invest as equally in our aftersales services as we do our sales stock, the Chelston brand has become synonymous with superior customer care. This year we have expanded our operation by completing work on brand new facilities so that we now operate a 17 bay workshop at our South West base.
The Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS) sets the standard for motorhome servicing across the UK, with a network of both fixed and mobile workshops nationwide. Chelston Motorhomes South West is proud to hold AWS approval for both our sales and aftersales operations—further reinforcing our reputation as a leading facility within the industry.
Over 10 years ago we introduced Chelston protect used warranty because we recognised the need to provide a comprehensive warranty that was more inclusive and less restricted by third-party insurers dictating terms. Our warranty is dealer-backed, our customers enjoy greater peace of mind knowing that claims to our support team can be made direct, authorised more quickly and cover all the items you would expect our dedicated warranty team have.
Chelston Motorhomes is the longest established authorised Auto-Trail dealer since our appointment in 1989. In that year, Chelston also became an official Bürstner dealer and this set the trend for our 30+ years of trading. Since 1989 we have been an authorised dealer for the biggest and best UK & European motorhome brands. Our close and long-standing relationships with the manufacturers benefit our customers in that we are able to offer them more choice, more competitive pricing and fully comprehensive support.
We never stop building on and developing these relationships. We currently supply Adria, Auto-Trail, Bürstner, Carado, Carthago, Laika, MEGA MOBIL and Swift.
Chelston Motorhomes provide a complete service for motorhome owners and enthusiasts through our accessories shop and parts department. We not only provide specialist motorhome products but we back this service with experienced support too. We combine the technical knowhow and product experience of our sales team to provide answers for our customers technical questions and deliver the right solution for them.
