Carthago motorhomes are consistently built to high standards. They use strong, lightweight, and durable materials so that the structure is rigid, long‐lasting, with less risk of issues like corrosion or sagging. The craftsmanship shows in smooth joins, high quality cabinetry, carefully selected upholstery and finishes.
Carthago’s “DNA” describes features like high-quality insulation in walls, a double floor, tank insulation to allow more comfortable use in varying climates (cold & warm). In several models the construction avoids wood in structural elements to reduce risk of rot or damage, and to help with thermal properties. Heating systems and other climate control features are standard in many higher spec models, allowing a comfortable journey and stay regardless of season.
One of the signature features is a double-floor (“Doppelboden”) under the living areas, which not only improves insulation but also offers a large, usable storage space accessible from inside and/or outside. This helps keep the living space uncluttered. On top of that, generous overhead lockers, wardrobes, external garages, smart compartmentalisation, are standard across the range.
